Slow
Sessions

Gentle practices to support your wellbeing

Slow Sessions are small, in-person gatherings designed to help you pause, breathe and reconnect—gently.

Sometimes, you just need an hour.
A quiet space.
A guided way to come back to yourself.

Choose Your Session

Each offers a different way to slow down and reconnect

(If you’re new here, start with Deep Rest)

Deep Rest

Sink into stillness and let your body fully unwind, supported by sound and guided rest. Perfect if you’re feeling mentally tired, overwhelmed, or simply needing a pause.

Ground & Release

A slow, body-based practice combining gentle movement and energy awareness to help you soften, open and let go of what you’ve been holding.

What happens during our sessions?

We begin slowly, with space to arrive and time to settle into yourself.

Come as you are. You don’t need to do anything, fix anything, or keep up with anything.

This is simply a space to soften, rest and reconnect—through sound, stillness and grounding practices.

Sessions are held in our intimate home studio in Verdun, near the river—a quiet space created for slowing down.

Many people leave feeling calmer, lighter, and more attuned with themselves.

Tea, mats, cushions, and blankets are provided.

Curious about our slow sessions? We’d love to connect with you.
